Real Life Charities strives to embody a spirit of compassion by identifying, funding and supporting community initiatives in the Santa Clarita Valley that serve the most vulnerable with services that restore dignity, build community and demonstrate love in action.
What We Do at Real Life Charities
Our efforts are focused in three specific areas
Youth Development Services
We partner with organizations that support teens and young adults through educational programs, mentorship and crisis intervention, empowering them to build stronger futures.
Food and Housing Insecurity
We work alongside community partners to provide nutritious meals, grocery support and temporary housing for families navigating food and housing insecurity.
Mental Health Services
We support organizations offering accessible counseling, mental health resources and substance use recovery services, helping individuals thrive with dignity.

Here are some of the incredible non-profit organizations with whom we have partnered to deliver these important services
Saving Innocence
We seek to partner with this organization that serves individuals who have been affected by human trafficking in our region. A gift of $25,000 will help them with the opening of a “Hope House” needed to provide:
- Counseling
- Safe environment
- Emotionally secure space
Santa Clarita Grocery
We seek to provide needed financial resources to this all-volunteer organization that provides groceries for local residents challenged with food insecurity. A gift of $20,000 will help them serve hundreds of local families by providing immediate groceries that include:
- Produce
- Canned and dried goods
- Meats and deli items
- Bakery items
Family Promise of Santa Clarita Valley
We seek to partner with this organization to help families in crisis experience the warmth of a holiday meal and the peace of a safe place to stay. A grant of $18,000 will enable them to serve 100 families with:
- A full holiday dinner for a family in need
- A hotel voucher for a safe night’s rest
- A reminder that our community cares
Fostering Youth Independence
We seek to financially support this organization to help the 24 new young people who joined them in the past year. A gift of $10,000 will equip their team of volunteers with the resources needed to help these youth receive:
- High school diplomas
- Professional certifications
- Associate degrees
- Bachelor degrees

Our Story
Real Life Charities was founded in 2013 by members of Real Life Church in Valencia, Calif., as a charitable organization designed to serve people throughout the Santa Clarita Valley and beyond. We operate as an independent 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with our own board of directors and a distinct mission of identifying, funding and supporting community initiatives that serve the most vulnerable with services that restore dignity, build community and demonstrate love in action.
We envision a world where vulnerability is met with dignity, isolation is met with belonging, and suffering is met with compassion. We picture a tapestry of initiatives that help individuals feel seen, supported and empowered to thrive, lighting up pathways that lead to restoration and wholeness. We see a future where each act of service ripples outward, transforming both those who receive and those who give. We aspire to be architects of hope, demonstrating that love in action is a practical and powerful framework for social change. In this future we envision, success is measured not just by the number of people served, but by the depth of transformation in individual lives and the resilience of communities we touch.
